Satterfield & Perry, Inc. is a nationwide media brokerage company specializing in radio and television.  S&P has offices in Alabama,  Colorado, Florida, Kansas, Oregon, and South Carolina.

SP acts as a broker for broadcast transactions for clients.  As such, SP lists radio and television stations, towers and cable systems with its offices across the nation for the purpose of securing qualified buyers for specific listings.   At SP every effort is made maintain confidentiality in all transactions.   

SP also acts as a finder for clients.  We research and identify prospective radio and television stations, towers and cable systems that meet a buyer’s specific criteria, and we conduct the search exclusively to meet the client’s needs.

SP offers appraisals and property evaluations for broadcast properties.  Our expertise in this area has been used by hundreds of different clients, including broadcast owners, buyers, banks, attorneys, estates, and accounting firms.  We also appraise for purposes of IRS valuations and for charitable donations.  SP has appraised stations at all stages of development, from construction permit, to license, to cash-flowing stations.  SP has been approved as a broadcast appraiser by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation. 

SP offers consulting services in management, sales, operations, programming, promotions and marketing.  We offer all of these services to non-commercial as well as commercial clients.

Satterfield & Perry is a member of the National Association of Broadcasters, the National Association of Media Brokers, and the National Association of Television Program Executives.  We also work with the Minority Media & Telecommunications Council and several state broadcasting associations.
